About me

I've been fortunate to study grief with some wonderful teachers and mentor (see my "lineages" page) but the experience of making room for grief to flow through my own bones has been the most potent teacher of all. I believe in the necessity of grieving, especially in community and collectively, to lead us out of these troubled and turbulent times.

I claim my ancestral lineage of Levi'im and stand on the shoulders of generations of people fighting for a more just and peaceful world. With the power of song, story, poetry, and pleasure activism, I work to create spaces that are joyfully in service of collective liberation.

I was one of the first to be certified by Sarah Peyton as a Resonant Healing Practitioner (RHP). I believe deeply in the power of resonance, resonant language, and constellations. Whether I'm holding space for a community, company, couple or individual, I draw upon years of study and practice to hold "just presence."
